B. Tech (Lateral Entry)
How To Apply
The Directorate of Technical Education, MP conducts the Lateral Entry admission to B.Tech program through a centralized counselling process. For this, the candidates have to fill out the application form on the official website of DTE MP.
After the application process is completed, the Competent Authority will release the merit list based on the score obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam. On the merit list, each candidate will be provided a merit number which will be used to allot seats to the candidates. Then the candidates have to download the seat allotment letter from the official website and bring it along with other documents to the college at the time of seat allotment.

Seat Allotment
The candidates who have been shortlisted through the Counselling, merit list will be called for the seat allotment process. The seat allotment will be done through college-level counselling.
Documents Required
The candidates will have to submit & get verified the following documents at the time of Counselling:
- Allotment Letter
- 10th & 12th Original Mark Sheet & Other Documents
- Caste Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Government Issued Valid Photo Identity Card
- Passport Size Photographs

Nationality
Should be of Indian nationality.

Domicile
Candidates must have passed a regular three year engineering diploma program examination in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology from AICTE/ UGC recognised institute.
OR
Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Degree examination and have passed 12th examination with mathematics. Obtained at least 45% marks and 40% marks in case of SC, ST, OBC of Madhya Pradesh.

Intake Capacity of College
For First year B. Tech. (CSE) 120 students intake is approved by the government. The student intake for post-graduation (M. Tech.) is 18.
