COGNOISE 2026 at Sri Aurobindo Group of Institutes, Indore, was more than just a college fest. It was a week filled with energy, creativity, and moments that brought people together in the best way possible.

The journey began days before the main events, with the campus buzzing with competitions, practice sessions, and constant activity. Students from different courses came forward to participate, perform, and contribute. There was a sense of excitement building up slowly, as everyone prepared for what was coming next. As the week progressed, that excitement turned into something much bigger.

April 2 marked one of the most electrifying moments of the fest. The live performance by Koras Band transformed the entire campus into a space full of music and movement. The crowd gathered in large numbers, and within moments, the energy was shared by everyone present. It was loud, it was vibrant, and it was exactly what a fest evening should feel like. Students sang along, enjoyed every beat, and lived the moment without holding back. The performance did not just entertain, it connected people and set the tone for the grand cultural night that followed.

The very next day, April 3, carried that same energy forward, but differently and more expressively. The Cultural Night unfolded as an evening where every form of talent found its place on stage.

It began on a calm and respectful note with Saraswati Vandana by SAGI students, creating a peaceful start to the evening. This was followed by a graceful Ganesh Vandana solo performance by Mrs. Sanyogita Shrivastava, which added a sense of tradition and warmth.

As the program moved ahead, the pace picked up. A Western group dance by SAGI students, along with Mr. Yuvraj Singh Chandrawat, brought instant energy to the stage, followed by the first round of the fashion show, where students confidently presented themselves. The audience stayed fully engaged, responding to every performance with enthusiasm.

The shift from dance to laughter came naturally with a stand-up comedy act by Mr. Ekagra Sharma, who kept the mood light and enjoyable. Soon after, Prof. Vipul Gendar’s solo music performance added a softer, musical layer to the evening.

One of the refreshing moments came with the performance by the UCD Group from SICA School. Their western dance added a new rhythm to the event and was received with strong applause. The second round of the fashion show and a classical group dance by SAGI students followed, showing both creativity and coordination on stage.

As the night progressed, the atmosphere turned deeply engaging during the Sufi performance by Mr. Siddharth Dwivedi. It was one of those moments where the entire audience seemed completely absorbed, listening and feeling every note.

The final round of the fashion show brought back the excitement, with students walking the stage with confidence and style. The show-stopping appearance by Ms. Priyanka Rai added a special touch to the finale and closed the segment on a high note. What made the evening even more meaningful was the recognition of student talent. Winners of competitions performed on stage, including the Mudra competition winners and Sur Taal winner Ms. Sakshi Bharadwaj. These performances reflected the effort and passion that had been building throughout the week.

The night concluded with leadership speeches and a live art acknowledgement, where creativity and participation were appreciated simply and genuinely.

Looking back, COGNOISE 2026 was not just about performances or events lined up one after another. It was about shared experiences, about stepping on stage, about cheering for friends, and about feeling a sense of belonging. From the week-long competitions to the powerful main events on April 2 and 3, the fest created memories that will stay with students for a long time. It showed how a campus can come alive when people come together with energy, talent, and a willingness to take part.

COGNOISE 2026 was not just celebrated, it was truly felt.
