Admission Process

Undergraduate

 

Admission in UG Programmes is done through a Regulatory Body Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh. The process of admissions in UG Programmes is governed by the Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh through online Counseling process. First Round of Counseling shall be done on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2). If the seats remain vacant after the first round of counseling, second round of counseling is scheduled keeping in view the number of vacant seats for a particular programme. College Level Counseling is also conducted if still the seats remain vacant.

Admissions Enquiry

Aspirants must be present during the offline counseling session during the document verification process and the registration process. They need to keep an original as well as xerox copy of the documents. Below given is a list of document that the aspirants has to keep among themselves for the Admission process:

  • Income Certificate (only reserved and economically backward categories)
  • Proof of Identity
  • Intermediate (Class 12) Certificate
  • Intermediate (Class 12) Marksheet
  • Score Card and Admit Card of Entrance Test
  • Bachelor (UG) Marks Sheet
  • Bachelor (UG) Provisional Certificate
  • Category Certificate (applicable to reserved categories)
  • Residence Certificate (only for candidates applying under convenor or state quota)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Highschool (Class 10) Certificate 
  • Character Certificate
  • Category Certificate
  • Passport-size Photographs

If seats remain vacant in CLC round 1 , the same process is done in the next round of CLC.
