How To Apply
Admission in Pharm D program is conducted by competent authority in the mode provided by the DTE website: https://dte.mponline.gov.in/portal/services/onlinecounselling/counshomepage/home.aspx
As per the DTE admission process, for 10+2 passed eligible students, have to register themselves online. Students must be present in the institute with an online registration receipt along with TC, Migration, 2 sets of photocopies of required documents, and photographs.
On the day of admission, a student is verified by DTE (Online) and physically verified at the institute. Based on students’ details a common merit list is prepared and seats are allotted to students on the merit basis. If seats remain vacant in the college level counselling by DTE, round 1, the same process is done in next round of CLC (If next round declared)

Eligibility Criteria Pharm D
The detailed eligibility criteria as per the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh for admission in Doctor Pharmacy course are given below:

Nationality
The Candidates should be an Indian National. Students must complete the age of 17 years on or before 31 December of the year of admission to the course.

Domicile
There is no bar for the various states of India, however, preference would be given to the candidates from Madhya Pradesh.

Am I Eligible to Apply?
A candidate seeking admission to Pharm.D. Course should have passed a 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics’ or Biology from Board of Secondary Education Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal or equivalent examination from recognized Board/University/Institution. Obtained at least 50% marks in PCM/PCB (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories of Madhya Pradesh.)
