MoU and Memberships

Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI) has been launched by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India to monitor the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to enhance patient safety. National Coordination Centre, Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (NCC-PvPI) has been recognized as the WHO Collaboration Centre for Pharmacovigilance in Public Health Programmes and Regulatory Services. Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy, Indore, MP in collaboration with SAIMS medical College running the National Coordination Centre for monitoring adverse drug reactions (ADR) under Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), PvPI initiates an intensive concerted effort to gather scientific information on Adverse Drug-Reaction monitoring from hospitals to evaluate the benefit and risks of medicines.

SAIP offers national and international internships to all deserving students. Students are benefited from paid internships through AICTE approved Internshala platform. Our institute is also assisting students with free internships through the platform AISEC.

The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has taken on the initiative of compiling the most comprehensive and current World List of Pharmacy Schools. SAIP, Indore feels proud to be a part of their list and became a FIP academic institutional member.

SAIP is the only institute having the FIP and IPSF membership that provides many international internship opportunities to our students giving them international exposure to the pharmacy field.

To improvise the interaction of the institute with industry MoU was established which regularly plans and conducts activities for students to give them exposure to industrial and practical knowledge. Our institute has signed an MoU with McW Healthcare, Zest Pharma, Schon Pharmaceuticals, Vishal Pharmaceutical Laboratories, and Promed Labs to name a few.

The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has taken on the initiative of compiling the most comprehensive and current World List of Pharmacy Schools. Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy, Indore feels proud to be a part of their list and became a FIP academic institutional member. SAIP is the only Institute in central India having membership with International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), it is the global body representing over 4 million pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists in the world.

Aligning to the mission of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, Innovation cell (MIC) which is to systematically foster the culture of Innovation in all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across the country, SAIP established Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy’s Institution Innovation Council that will focus on creating a complete ecosystem that will foster the culture of Innovation from ideas generation to pre-incubation, incubation, and graduating from the incubator as successful start-ups.
