Introduction to the Course

Pharm (Pharmaceutics) is a program run under the Department of Department of Pharmaceutics & Biopharmaceutics. The department is well equipped for both teaching and research activities. The program was started in the year of 2012. The major focus of the department’s M. Pharm program is to provide students with a strong focus and training to prepare them for careers in academia, pharmaceutical industry, or research institutions. These degree offerings are intended to meet the high demand for professionals with broad-based training in pharmaceutical sciences

Qualified & dedicated faculty members of this department are always keen to show their talents by way of technical lectures, innovations in teaching and tutorials for making skilled, better and effective practical knowledgeable pharmaceutical technologists in order to build up good citizens in future.

Department having the well-equipped Laboratories Computer Centre with 24 Hours Internet facility Class Rooms with LCD Projectors Library facility rich with technical/ nontechnical literature. To cater the PG students, the college library has plenty of reference books, textbooks and handbooks required for teaching & learning activities. Besides technical books there are 50 National & 20 International journals, magazines & e-journal subscriptions like Science Direct, Elsevier & Bentham Science.

All applicants must have completed (or be in the final year of) a four-year B Pharm course recognized by Pharmacy Council of India

The intake for postgraduation (M. Pharm.) in Chemistry is 15 seats

All Full-time post graduate (M.Pharm) students having valid GPAT card at the time of admission will be eligible for stipend as per norms of ministry of education, Govt of India and AICTE
