The workshop then evolved into an intuitive meeting where the participants offered their opinions on various relational skills. The lesson plan taught the students that entrepreneurs are risk-takers and self-starters who plan, organize, and deploy resources to capitalize on market possibilities, frequently by innovating to develop new or enhance already-existing goods or services.
The workshop also guided on the aspects of "carrying out of new combinations" that include the introduction of new goods, new methods of production, the opening of new markets, the conquest of new sources of supply and the carrying out of a new organization of any industry - thus Innovation.
Ms. Indurkhya also explained innovation, which is the capacity to use original approaches to problems and chances in order to improve people's lives or benefit society. Entrepreneurship is not a personality feature; rather, an entrepreneur consistently looks for change, reacts to it, and seizes the opportunity that it presents.
The systematic investigation of potential opportunities for economic or social innovation that such changes might present is known as systematic innovation. It involves a planned, structured search for change. A business person is capable of "doing", or turning a concept into a reality.
The workshop also explained importance and need of new entrepreneurs. Innovation and entrepreneurship cannot exist without the other. To become an entrepreneur, you certainly have found a creative, innovative way to solve a problem or answer a need. Whatever you come up with, someone else already thought about it. What differs is that an entrepreneur has the capability of "doing", transforming an idea into reality. This can never be done without creativity and innovation.
In reality, creativity is not exclusively for 'Elite' people, it can be developed in all person. Creativity is a personal problem-solving process of a non-routine kind. It can be learned, practiced, and successfully applied by all- in every walk of life.
The facilitator even guided students on how to develop a mindset of becoming an entrepreneur rather than being a jobpreneur. She discussed all the things which included innovation and also define new term in new innovation.
